8 Data transfer outside the EU or the EEA
The company’s online service is located on Finnish servers. However, website user data is stored in Google Analytics’ visitor tracking Google’s cloud environment, which may also be located outside the EEA (Privacy Shield countries).

9 Protection
Secure connection in network services (SSL). Access control to business premises. Requiring authentication from authorized persons (password protection). Google anonymizes user data (Google Analytics) in a secure cloud environment. Visitor tracking data cannot be combined with natural persons without Internet carrier information.
10 Risks
Risks related to personal data include: security breaches. Personal data stored in the register is protected e.g. unauthorized access to data and accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, transfer or other unlawful processing of data.

The data subject’s request for rights must be made in writing to the controller by e-mail.
12 Storage time
User-level and transaction-level data stored by Google Analytics will be automatically deleted from Analytics servers after 26 months.
Contacts / registrations will be kept for a maximum of two years, after which they will be removed from the registers, unless there are grounds for processing them in accordance with law or regulation. Customer register information will be kept for 3 years from the last participation.
